Grant W. Riva
Attorney Grant Riva was born and raised in Seattle,
Washington. He received his undergraduate degree at
Washington State University and his law degree at the
University of Puget Sound, now known as Seattle
University School of Law. Grant was admitted to the
Washington State Bar in 1984 and the Colorado bar in
1988. He has been actively practicing law in the Vail
Valley since 1990.
Grant has served on the Colorado Bar Association
Disciplinary Council, the 5th Judicial District Judges
Nominating Committee, and has been the recipient of
numerous pro bono awards for his voluntary service.

A Colorado native, Attorney Courtney Holm earned
her law degree from the University of Denver Law
School. She was admitted to practice in Colorado in
2002, and to the U.S. District Court, District of
Colorado in 2003. Courtney has been practicing law
in the Vail Valley since 2002.
Courtney is a member of the Colorado, American
and Continental Divide Bar Associations as well as
the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar. She regularly
participates in community service through legal aid
and speaking to high school students in the valley.
Courtney loves the mountains and enjoys skiing and
snowboarding, hiking, golfing, and playing ice
hockey.

He has also spoken at numerous seminars to help educate the public
on various legal matters. In addition, Grant has served the
community as a member of the Town of Vail Design and Review
Board and the Planning and Environmental Committee, and has
served on the Saint Mary's Catholic Church Council. Grant enjoys
skiing and golf.
